(Optional, Recomended) Weight: (For Taijutsu users keep in mind that Weight reflects your speed. Dont be a choji and expect to be very fast.)

Village: (Use a village that is ON the forum, dont make up a village. If you want to have a original village put it in the "Previous Affiliations" part)
Pervious Affilations: (This part is to choose such as, I am previously from Leaf Village, you can list as many Previous affilations, teams and groups.)

Genin= 1 element (out of the main 5; Fire, water, earth, lightning and wind)
Chuunin= 2 elements (Out of the main 5)
Jounin= 1 extra advanced element, such as fusing your element of earth and fire to make magma)
Kage= 3 Elements (out of the main 5) and one advanced one.

Summon: (Try to be original when you make a summon. Dont steal Orochimaru's Manda or my Dokusan. And remeber it takes alot of chakra to summon, so dont try to summon creatures like gamabunta at a low rank.)

Bio: Making a bio, Tips
- When making a bio don't make up a long story of how you were a baby and killed a S-rank ninja easily, or try to make yourself sound like a prodigy which is based off another idea. For exanple
Example: I am the legendary blue flash who hales from Konoha. When i was a baby my parents discovered i was one of the fastest ninja alive.
-This is a complete rip off of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze.
- Also be as descriptive as possible, have some fun with the story and let us know how you were raised and became what you are today.

Equiptment: (For equipment do not say you have unlimited shuriken or kunai, if anything say you have a scroll to summon weapons. But if you do say you have a scroll you need to know the jutsu Tobidogu• Flying tool. And if you are going to invent a weapon do not add it to equipment, there is a seperate section for it. And finaly do not put special weapon in here such as Windmill Shuriken or a Chain Chip, Theres another section for that.)

Special Weapons: (Special weapons are as i said, Types like Minato's Warping Kunai, Sasukes Windmill Shuriken, The toad Fukusaku's iron bat to knock chakra out and so on.)

Created Weapons: (A special weapon would be like Samehada and Zabuza's Gaint Beheading Cleaver. To have one at AS or Genin you would have to of been given one. Weapons too have ranks, Zabuza's Sword is A-rank, Kisame's is S-rank. When you get or make a weapon you must have it at a low rank or your rank. Chuunin can make B-rank weapons,while genin and AS can't make weapons.)

Outfit: (If you have a picture of your outfit please post it in this part, but put it in spoilers and limit it to only 5 pics. And if the only picture you have is the same as your avy just post "Look at Avatar")
